.An employee presents their enrolled face in front of the PCFACE’s camera, and the transaction will be recorded using the Select Transaction screen or the Auto-Punch mode.
If Auto-Punch is turned off the employee will see the Select Transaction… screen when they present their face, badge, or PIN. The Select Transaction… screen allows the employee to select to Clock In/Out, view totals, enter a department transfer or enter an amount. If the employee doesn’t tap on a function within 2 seconds, a punch will be recorded by default.
If Auto-Punch is turned on, the employee will have a punch recorded when they present their face, badge, or PIN. Note: They will not have the option to view totals, enter a department transfer or an amount. The PCFACE allows up to 1000 employees to be assigned.
